Shipping Policy and Order Instruction

Processing Time

All figurines are made to order. Allow enough time for processing, production, and transit. The standard production time is 3-5 days.

Storage and Care Instruction

Please store the cake toppers in cool dry and dark location such as cupboards.

Please avoid central heating, windows, humidity, direct sunlight or other drastic environmental conditions as this may soften the cake toppers or change the colour of the items.

DO NOT freeze or refrigerate your topper(s) as this can cause moisture to collect.

Rush Order

Rush order is possible. Please kindly get in touch and provide me with your country location and the items needed.

UK Orders:

Standard UK delivery is FREE and usually takes 2-3 days. It is recommended to place your order at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event. This may not apply to all custom orders. Express Delivery option is also available. 

PLEASE let me know your need by date/party date before or when placing your order. I may prioritise your order and ship as soon as possible. 

International Orders:

The following estimated timelines take minor shipping delays into account. I'm not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping to European countries usually takes around 3-7 working days

USA and Canada usually takes around 5-8 working days

Australia usually takes 7-9 working days

Shipping to the rest of the world usually takes 5-9 days.

Express Delivery option is also available. PLEASE let me know your need by date/party date before or when placing your order. I may prioritise your order and ship as soon as possible. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

All items are made to order and I cannot resell them to other customers, so I do not accept return or exchange.

Orders that experience more than 30 days of delay in shipping will be entitled for a full refund.

Fondant cake toppers are very fragile. All items are carefully packaged with protective materials and I've experienced very low reported rate of damage in transit. Please contact me as soon as possible if you find any damages to your order upon arrival. I will dispatch replacement to you within 5 days . However, I cannot issue refund because of item damaged.
